How to operate Incubator?
Under normal circumstances, you do not need to set up and may use small chicken egg incubator by conncting the power supply.
Egg incubator for hatching eggsFactory settings: Temperature 38° C, humidity 60%RH;
Cycle of egg-turning: 90-minute, time of egg-turning: 180 seconds;
Ventilation cycle: 120 minutes; Ventilation time: 30 seconds.
Incubation technique

1. Control the incubation temperature: different birds have different incubation requirements:
chicken: the incubation period is 21 days.1 ~ 6 days 38.2 ºC;7 ~ 14 days for 38 ºC;15 days is 37.8 ºC;16 ~ 21 days is 37.2 ~ 37.5 ºC.
duck: the incubation period is 28 days.1 ~ 7 days to 38 ºC;8 to 15 days for 37.8 ºC;16 days was 37.5 ºC;17 ~ 28 days is 37.2 ºC.
goose: incubation period is 31 days.1 ~ 8 days is 37.8 ºC;9 ~ 18 days for 37.8 ºC;19 days was 37.8 ºC;20 to 31 days from 37.0 ºC to 37.3 ºC.

2. Humidity control: poultry require different relative humidity at different incubation periods.The relative humidity at the early stage of incubation was kept at 55% ~ 60% to ensure that the embryo was evenly heated and conducive to the formation of allantoic fluid and amniotic fluid.During the incubation period, the relative humidity was kept at 30% ~ 55%, which was conducive to the evaporation of water.At the later stage of incubation, the relative humidity should be increased to 65% ~ 70%.In the high humidity environment, it is more conducive to the chick shell breaking, when the chick shell up to more than 20%, the relative humidity remains 75%.
